How quickly can I expect my survey to be completed?
Most residential lot surveys are completed within five business days, but can be completed faster if needed for closings. For all surveys, we will provide an estimated date of completion.
What does a boundary survey include?
A boundary survey includes record research, marked corners and property lines, location of all improvements, any encroachments, location of pertinent easements, and a plot depicting the results of the field survey and record research.
Do you perform residential and/or commercial surveys?
Yes, we perform both residential and commercial surveys.
What is a topographic survey?
A detailed survey consisting of elevation contours of a parcel of land. A topographic survey depicts all natural and man-made features of a parcel of land. A topographic survey is most commonly required for design of improvements or development of property.
